This is your chance to spend time with like-minded people and make a plan for your side hustle. Do you want to turn it into a full time job or keep it as a way to fund vacation travel? Do you want to grow your network or focus on the people in your life?
Use The Brunch Club to imagine different futures for your side hustle, and your life, then set the goals and tasks it will take to get the future you want.
Special guest Jacqui Cheng, former Editor-in-Chief of Wirecutter, will sit down for a fireside chat and answer questions about goal setting at Wirecutter, going through two acquisitions (Ars Technica by Conde Nast and Wirecutter by NY Times) and still finding time to learn the cello.
The agenda and exercises are based on theories of behavior change and persuasion Leah studied during her Master's in Health Communication classes at Northwestern University. Leah has hosted a Goal Setting and Core Values workshops in Chicago to rave reviews.
Stephanie, Entrepreneur: It was really wonderful getting to know you all - so inspired by each of you! Keep up the great work and thanks again for being a stellar facilitator, Leah!!
Kelly, Artist: I have never been to a retreat, professionally speaking, that actually felt useful or interesting. Leah, however, changed that for me!
A continental breakfast will be served (gluten-free options available) with coffee at 9:30am and we'll serve a protein-packed break at noon. We will begin at 10am sharp.
