By working with the patients to monitor their conditions, nurses play a role well beyond the hospital. Care coordination fits well with many nurses’ interest in bedside careand their focus on the whole patient rather than an episodic problem. The increase in nurses seeking higher education is partly due to a report released in 2010 by the Institute of Medicine (IOM) called “The Future of Nursing: Leading Change and Advancing Health.” The report recommended that nurses should practice at the top of license, achieve higher levels of education, and act as full partners with physicians. The same report also set a goal for 80 percent of nurses have baccalaureate degrees by 2020. The leadership and research skills BSN degrees bring improve professional development for nurses. In the fall of 2021, the American Association of Colleges of Nursing (AACN) published a survey that showed enrollment in RN to BSN nursing programs increased 10.4 percent, marking 12 years of growth. These are exciting times for nurses. As more clinical nurses and nursing leaders participate in designing the future of healthcare, the role of nurses will only increase.

Why Dubai?

UAE has the second-largest economy in the Arab world (after Saudi Arabia), with a gross domestic product (GDP) of $377 billion (AED1.38 trillion) in 2012. A third of the GDP is from oil revenues. The economy was expected to grow 4–4.5% in 2013, compared to 2.3–3.5% over the previous five years. Since independence in 1971, UAE's economy has grown by nearly 231 times to AED1.45 trillion in 2013. The non-oil trade has grown to AED1.2 trillion, a growth of around 28 times from 1981 to 2012.

The UAE's economy is one of the most open worldwide, and its history of economic history goes back to the times when ships sailed to India, along the Swahili coast, as far south as Mozambique. Current UAE’s GDP is $386.4 Billion while the individual share is almost 70 thousand dollars.International Monetary Fund (IMF) expected UAE’s economic growth to increase to 4.5% in 2021, compared to 4.3% in 2021. The IMF ascribed UAE’s potentially strong economic growth in World Economic Outlook Report to the increased contribution of non-petroleum sectors, which registered a growth average of more than 6% in 2021 and 2021. Such contribution includes banking, tourism, commerce and real estate. Increase of Emirati purchasing power and governmental expenditures in infrastructure projects have considerably increased.

Internationally, UAE is ranked among the top 20 for global service business, according to AT Kearney, the top 30 on the WEF “most-networked countries” and in the top quarter as a least corrupt country per the TI's corruption index. The UAE now has 40 public Hospitals, compared with only 7 in 1970. The Ministry of Health is undertaking a multimillion-dollar program to expand health facilities and hospitals, medical centres, and a trauma centre in the seven emirates. A state-of-the-art general hospital has opened in Abu Dhabi with a projected bed capacity of 143, a trauma unit, and the first home health care program in the UAE. To attract wealthy UAE nationals and expatriates who traditionally have travelled abroad for serious medical care, Dubai is developing Dubai Healthcare City, a hospital free zone that will offer international-standard advanced private healthcare and provide an academic medical training centre; completion is done and finished on 2010.12 million people visit Dubai every year for healthcare services

Nursing Care is directly impacted by the research conducted with prescription patients being worked based on findings from the study of life sciences. Clinical trials are conducted to ensure that products being developed are treated on how well they work on individuals affected by the diseases or conditions they are created to treat. The global market for contract Nurses and Nurse Practitioners, research and packaging summerized $248.5 billion in 2021 and is projected to approach $352.8 billion by 2021, registering a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 7.3% through 2021.

Funds allotted to Nursing Care:

Hospitals and Associations have generally financed their inward R&D endeavours absolutely all alone by contributing 20% or a greater amount of their top line incomes to pay for these attempts. The R&D Funding Forecast takes note of that there is a proceeding with move in where Research speculations are being made, with less in the U.S. also, Europe and more in Asian nations. The U.S. presently represents not exactly 33% of worldwide spending, while Europe's 35 nations represent under 20% and Asian nations represent about 40%, a pattern that has proceeded for as long as five years.
