rk Immunology Conference (NYIC) will be held October 15-18\, 2020 at
The Conference starts Monday\, October 15th in mid-afternoon and co nclude following presentations on Thursday\, October 18th. All participant s are encouraged to stay for the entire Conference. We have a full program scheduled\, including:

\n- 10 AAI Young Investigator Awards for $100 each sponsored by the Americ
an Association of Immunologists

ered trainees attending the meeting will be eligible to win. You must be p

Our opening event will be a Welcome Rece ption\, followed by dinner and a Keynote presentation. Our Keynote Speaker s are Dr. Jeremy M. Boss (Emory University) and Dr. Thomas A. Wynn (Pfizer ). Please check the \;< u>Schedule of Events \;page for more information\, as well as frequent updates.
\n\nThe ongoing goal of this meeting is to foster collaborations and interactions among participants and their institutions\ , as well as provide opportunities for postdoctoral fellows and graduate s tudents to present their research. Trainees are encouraged to submit poste r abstracts for consideration of an AAI Young Investigator Award. Electron ic submission is required for all abstracts by \;5:00 p.m.\, F riday\, August 17\, 2020. (See \;Poster and Abstract Guidelines&nbs p\;for additional information and submission). Failure to meet this deadli ne will result in ineligibility to receive an award or give an oral presen tation.  \;Trainees who receive either an AAI or a travel award will b e invited to give Oral Poster Presentations. The award winners are chosen by the NYIC Scientific Advisory Board members and based on the scientific value of their poster abstracts. Awards will be presented during the Confe rence.
\n\nElectronic registration is required for all participants. Register as soon as possible to secure your accommodations as there are a limited number of rooms available. The registration fee includes three ni ghts lodging\, meals\, break beverages\, and Conference materials. \;< strong>Registration closes Friday\, August 17\, 2020 at 5:00 p.m.  \;Cancellations must be received by \;August 24\, 2020 \;to receive a refund.
